Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days free on either tier, full product. A card goes on file at signup, $0 is charged today, and the first charge lands on day 31. Cancel before that and you owe nothing to us. WhatsApp messages are the one thing the trial cannot cover: Meta bills those to your own card at its own price, because we never handle that money. On the settings we ship with, that is usually a few cents a month.
What's the difference between Base and Premium?
Base runs the whole club and you tap send for player messages — free, forever. Premium adds automation on your own WhatsApp number: Sllot replies and alerts instantly instead of waiting for your tap, and unlocks phone pre-fill and inbound visibility. Same club management underneath, either way.
Is there really no commission?
None, on either plan. A platform charging a percentage of every court-hour costs a busy club more the better it does — which is a strange thing to pay for. Sllot is one flat fee no matter how many bookings you take.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Both plans run alongside the WhatsApp Business number your players already text — Sllot never asks you to change it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your booking page and bot stop, and nothing else happens — no exit fee, no notice period. See the Refund Policy for how billing works on the way out.
